It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Trojan Palms. I have just about the cheepest rent for the apartment at $620 because hes charging $720 now. Rent is $310 and then you may half of utilities and internet. The Apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom. I have everything else including dishes and plates. There is a washer and dryer. And the dumpster is about 10 yards from the apartment. There is a small front porch and and side patio and a big side yard. Bills usually dont go over about $90 per person a month.
