It's the cutest apartment and I hate leaving it. Rent is $400 and utilities are rarely ever over $60 a person (cable, water, power). If you have any other question please let me know!

The lease will run out in August 2008, but can be renewed if chosen. I live in Westshore Landing (across from the movie theater). Rent is $325/person. That includes water, cable, and pest. The power bill is usually $40-50/person. The apartment complex has a pool, a gym, and a tennis court/ basketball court. I also have my own washer and dryer in the apartment. The apartment features walk-in closets, a screened-in back porch, a large living room, dining room, garbage disposal, ice maker in freezer, and dishwasher. The complex is located right beside the mall, and only about 7 minutes from Auburn University. Pets are allowed, but a $300 pet fee is required. Please contact with any questions ASAP
